DeskNote A929 CPU Installation Guide

1) Make sure the socket is in open position before inserting the CPU.	2) To open the socket, locate the OPEN tab on the socket. (Make sure the black latch is on un-lock position as shown below)
3) Use a flat-head screwdriver to move the socket top about 1/16 inch in the direction shown in the picture above, so the socket will be in open position.	4) Insert the CPU into the socket in the correct orientation. Firmly press down the CPU to make sure it’s fully in the socket.
5) Locate the CLOSE tab on the socket.	6) Then use a flat-head screwdriver to move the socket top about 1/16 inch in the direction shown in the picture above, so the socket will be closed. Shift the black latch to lock the CPU in place.
